Cold Weather Reminder

As temperatures begin to drop, please remind students to bring a warm coat, hat and gloves to school each day. We want everyone to stay comfortable and safe during outdoor recess and arrival/dismissal times.

Also, a quick reminder that students should not be dropped off before 8:40 am, as staff supervision does not begin until then. For everyone's safety, please plan your morning drop-off accordingly.

Thank you for helping keep our students warm and safe!

K-12 Parent Teacher Conferences

New this year – elementary, middle, and high school parent-teacher conferences! The students’ Thanksgiving break is a little longer this year, now that parent-teacher conferences are scheduled for Nov 24-25, 2025. Parents and guardians at all grade levels now have an opportunity to meet with their child’s teacher(s) to discuss academic progress.

We are still aiming for 100% participation at the elementary level. For our secondary schools, given the number of students our teachers teach, we will not have enough slots for all families. Please use this time if you have a genuine concern over your child’s progress. As always, we encourage you to email your child’s teacher throughout the year, whenever an issue arises.

Teachers will provide an email directly to you on Monday, Nov. 3, to schedule a time, should you choose to do so. Please note that you will receive one email per teacher for each of your children, so expect a few to appear in your inbox. If you have not received an email from a teacher you want to have a conference with by Tuesday, please reach out to them directly. Students will also bring a letter home on Monday with information about conferences. Thank you for partnering with us to ensure your child has a successful academic school year!
